Wingspan Shelties

I was introduced to shelties in 1988 as a college student working part time at a local kennel and immediately fell in love with them.  Fifteen years later we acquired our first pet shelties and began competing in agility, which led to a deep appreciation and passion for the breed. CH Belmark Let's Roll "Lark" was our first conformation prospect in 2021 and we have now finished 4 Champions, including 2 Grand Champions. Wingspan Shelties was conceived out of our love for the whimsical, gentle, and charming sheltie, and our dedication to preserving the breed standard. Shelties were originally bred to be intelligent, sturdy, agile farm dogs. To preserve that legacy, Wingspan Sheltie puppies are intentionally bred for performance success, with good front and rear angulation and sound structure. The ideal sheltie will effortlessly negotiate terrain and herd livestock, and embodies excellent structure, movement, breed type, health and temperament. A well-bred sheltie will be strikingly beautiful in motion! Wingspan puppies are raised using the Puppy Culture program, which prepares them for life as cherished companions and performance competitors.
